1st Quarter Book Reports will be due on Friday, October 9th.   Books may be chosen by the student but approved by the teacher.

For quarterly book reports, choose one of the options below: 

• Write a book report. Ask the teacher for the form that is required for this report.
  
• Diorama of a Scene. Use a shoebox to create a scene from the book which is described in detail. Write out a brief summary of the book and present to the class.
• Book in a Bag Report. Decorate a grocery bag with the title and author of the book on the outside. Select 5 items from home to put into the bag that relate to the story. Write out a brief summary of the book and present to the class.
• Dress Up as a Character. Dress as one of the main characters of the book and read a written summary of the book to the class in first person.
• Original Idea. Come up with your own idea for presenting a report on the book that you read. Have this approved by the teacher first.
